Just “woke up” with a cup (actually a whole pot is brewing) of Folger’s Black Silk coffee.
I am a coffee addict, but only in the morning. Used to be that I would caffeinate myself throughout the day and even have coffee in lieu of water. But such toxic days are behind me. Now a couple of cups in the morning and I’m good to go, but without the morning dose, I’ll wilt like a rose in the sun.
The name Black Silk is seductive and I my guess is that the intention is to be seductive. Just watch the commercial.
The intention is also to be classy, as they say and what’s more classier than silk?
I’m neither seduced nor made to feel classy. I just lip it.
