The artist is 14 year old high schooler Sabrina Brandy from Sparta, Wisconsin.
The theme was “My Best Day Ever,” (reminds me of the song from Spongebob), and Sabrina responded with a memory of when she was 10 and her father returned home after an 18 month deployment in Iraq.
